This past month I got to fly to Newport Beach, California for this adorable park wedding. I loved it for many, many reasons. However, let's examine the top reasons: #1 - its California. #2 - its Orange County, California. LOVE. Beautiful, beautiful, BEAUTIFUL bride and the nicest man ever for a groom (seriously, he may have been one of the nicest GENTLEMEN I had ever met!).

Congratulations Kel & Steve, and to your beautiful family! Your wedding was absolutely stunning and beautifully understated. Thank you for making me a part of it.

I was flown to Washington DC (my first time to DC!) to photograph this BEAUTIFUL wedding. It is probably (no, it is... hands down) the most beautiful, laid back, fun, and did I say beautiful, wedding I have ever been to. I met the bride while she lived in St. Louis years before while she was in graduate school. Since she has traveled the world, met the love of her life, and landed in DC.

The wedding took place in a breathtaking outdoor garden with close friends and family. Everything about this day was precious and I feel so blessed to have been asked to capture the moments.

We moved into a new house back in April and were so nervous to leave the incredible neighbors we had - you never know who you're going to "end up with" when you move to a new house! Well, we ended up with a new set of amazing neighbors! Meet the Baker family. The family directly next door. They're completely genuine. Completely selfless. Completely awesome. Completely neighborly. We love them.

It has been a LONG time since I've had the chance to update the blog! (Can somebody say NEGLECT?!) I've been okay about keeping the Facebook page updated, but its about time I get back down to business and get things rolling on here, too!

Back in July (yes, its October..... its been that long) I had the opportunity to photograph sweet baby Joey. The little guy had a hard time falling asleep, but when he finally did we got some adorable shots! His parents are big-time Cardinals baseball fans, so we were sure to get some super cute baseball-themed shots in!

I was invited to photograph little Lydia's first birthday party last weekend. I traveled out to New Haven, MO for this event - and had the best time photographing this little cutie and her family. Enjoy a few images from our time together!

I just LOVE this family and was thrilled to get to photograph them again. The girls are precious and the camera loves them!

I was invited to Harvest Church to photograph their Child Dedication service this Sunday. The church was so inviting and the service was absolutely phenomenal! I can't wait to get to take more pictures for this congregation!

SSM St. Mary's in Richmond Heights, MO recently revealed their newly renovated Labor & Delivery wing! Lawrence Group Colors did a fantastic job on the interiors and has other projects in the pipeline with SSM that I am excited to see. What a fantastic labor & delivery unit!!
